Returns and Exchanges

After purchasing a digital download, if you find that you bought the wrong one and I can pull up your purchase history showing this error, I will exchange the design for one of the same value. This is ONLY if you have not downloaded the files for the current purchase yet. If you have downloaded them, there is nothing I can do because the goods were delivered to you and you accepted them.

Please note that there is a no refund policy in effect for digital sales of instantly downloaded designs, unless an agreement is made between buyer and Whimsicality Graphics immediately after purchase.


Payments Accepted

Whimsicality Graphics accepts PayPal and all major credit cards.

If you are paying by PayPal through your checking account, the item you purchased will not be available for download or created (custom) until payment has been marked complete. This may take as much as 3 to 5 business days, according to Paypal.


Shipping

All of our digital items are an instant download through our website or by email sent to the customer after purchase is completed and payment is cleared. If a custom has been requested, the fulfillment of that custom is discussed per customer and terms are agreed on according to what it involves.

If you have ordered a shirt/print/accessory from our WhimsicaliTee page, all shipping fulfillments are done through the printing company. Order tracking information is always sent to the customer upon completion of your order.
